At Cheeky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable

How to Return

• Contact our customer service team at hello@wearcheeky.co.nz with your order number

• Include reason for return and photos if applicable

• Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email

• Ship item back to us in original packaging

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned item

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Prepaid return labels provided for defective or damaged items

• Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
