Every piece of our pole wear is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order pole wear if you have changed your mind. As each item is made specifically for your order, all sales are final unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
